* 5 nights rental of the 2.5 acre Bali Gita Villa Estate included, with luxury accommodation for 10 to 14 adults plus children. Other Inclusions:
* Dramatic Scenic Venue, Village (Banjar) event fee, Celebrant, Decor of Site and Flower Girl Attendants for the Bride
* Pre ceremony reception with Canapes and light beverages
* Comprehensive Indonesian and Balinese buffet or optionally a full Western meal or Seafood barbeque. These last two can increase the basic price
* Feature dish. Used to anchor or highlight the base menu. Typical examples are Babi Guling (Balinese Spit Roasted Suckling Pig) or Roast Turkey
* Dinner guest seating at decorated tables and chairs as shown on the website reception and photo gallery pages.
* Table Settings include individual place cards, napery, cutlery and a Floral centerpiece on each table.
* Wedding cake.
* Wine, beer and mixers of a quantity suited to average consumption of an Australian party of the size shown.
* Photography package by a competent and creative professional.
* 32 man Gamelan and Balinese Dance performance.
* Bouquet for bride and Boutonnière for groom.
* Professional make up and hairdressing for the bride provided at the villa.
* All service charges for set up, clean up and the like.
The above are inclusions in all packages. Keep in mind however that, with the exception of the 5 nights minimum villa rental, the client has complete flexibility to change any of these. Fully detailed a-la-carte pricing is also available to either modify the packages or create a completely custom wedding.
NB Legal Registraion. Some couples, but by no means all, elect to have the marriage
legally registered in Indonesia. However, because this is so frequently not required it is consequently not
included in the packages. If you do want Indonesian registration please state so in the comments
section of the enquiry form or in your email to us.
